    VIDEO: In a state where racial tensions are already high, security checks to enter school board meetings, especially on children, have angered the Latino community in Arizona. A school in Arizona attempted to start a Mexican American studies program, however the state legistlator made classes based on a single culture illegal. After a school board take over, security has been dramatically increased.
