The mindset many times is "What is in it for me" rather than how can I benefit the Community/Situation. 1. Many outreach efforts are more of a shotgun approach and many do not understand their connection 2. Many times Latinos do not support Latino businesses or expect special treatment or lower prices 3. Difficult for new business to emerge and be successful in the Latino Community 4. Many times Latinos are more trusting or open to other Latinos and this can create limitations within the community 5. Many times there is a cultural challenge where Latinos feel that a hand shake is enough to seal a deal and feel uncomfortable when they have to sign documentation Many sales people do not understand the Latino culture 6. Many Latinos will not speak up and voice their oppinion or concerns
